Dude, here in Guyana, the World Cup final was a HUGE deal. They were disappointed that Brazil didn't make it. Ronaldo is like a demi-god here. Him, and there's this really strange Pepsi advertisement here with David Beckham, J.Lo., and Beyonce, with J.Lo. & Beyonce in spandex crouched to fight karate style, and David Beckham standing in between them with his arms folded & a wry smile on his face. Weird stuff.
